Please complete this application if you are applying to be a member of the Children's Advocacy Centers of California, a program of CALICO.

Please note, the application asks that you upload a signed 2022 CACC Chapter Grant Letter of Support (HERE).  

Once you have completed your online application, there are two options for paying your membership fees:
